Job Description
The Nurse assists in the coordination of the Outreach Programme and is predominantly out on the road assisting the outreach team with medical procedures and administering medicines where needed.

- Skilled and competencies related to the role of Nursing
- Experience working in mental health and other health care disabilities include any rare diseases.
- Develop understanding of all elements of the nursing process. Follow up ongoing assessment, planning, management and evaluation of care.
- Perform and record clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Undertake clinical tasks like venepuncture and wound dressings.
- Ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is maintained at all times.
- Recognise issues relating to safeguarding vulnerable children and adults.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of health care standards and outcomes
- In outreach program, a nurse will be equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviours relevant to employment as a Nurse at Sole Family Bali.
- Expected minimum 2 years experience
- Registered Nurse
- Possess full working rights for Indonesia
PERAWAT BERKOMPETENSI (STR) :
- Memiliki keterampilan dan kompetensi yang terkait dengan peran Keperawatan
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang kesehatan mental dan disabilitas perawatan kesehatan.
- Melakukan dan mencatat observasi klinis termasuk tekanan darah, suhu, dan denyut nadi.
- Membantu penerapan dan pemantauan standar dan hasil perawatan kesehatan
- Diutamakan berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun
