JOB VACANCY: Partnership Executive

YCAB Foundation (1999) is the founding and flagship organization in the YCAB Social Enterprise Group, which bases its operations on a mutually reinforcing and financially sustainable social change model.

Requirements

  • Having experience working in an NGO would be an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in marketing, business, management, or communication;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of B2B Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development;
  • Proficient in English (Writing and speaking)
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, time management, and handling complaints;
  • Excellent in crafting and delivering presentations to stakeholders;
  • Having good presentation skills in creating and presenting ideas;
  • Proficient user of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);;
  • Target oriented mindset;
  • Good with data.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend follow-up meetings with targeted companies as arranged by the Partnership Department;
  • Conduct and engage executive telemarketing to make new collaboration opportunities;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal YCAB teams to run the program with the partner;
  • Develop a proposal that aligns with YCAB’s vision & mission and aligns with the prospective partner’s interest, in carrying out the implementation of the program;
  • Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs and also show YCAB differentiation;
  • Contacting partners to keep them updated on new developments in the companies;
  • Maintaining the data and pipelines of potential companies who has CSR programs and funds to arrange potential collaboration;
  • Developing proposals toward potential and current partners;
  • Negotiating and renegotiating through various channels;
  • Maintaining relationships with current partners;
  • Develop business development business strategies and plans with associated targets;
  • Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met.

Deliverables/Output:

  • List of industries and companies that working with YCAB;
  • New cooperation contract;
  • Extension of cooperation contract from the company.
