Makadaya Impact Center (Foundation) is hiring an Associate Director.
This is a key leadership position for our growing impact organization based in Ubud, Bali.
We are seeking an accomplished professional to implement strategy, drive results, and guide our mission forward. We are looking for a leader who is resilient, empathetic, and passionate about mentoring a dedicated team to create meaningful change.
Position: Associate Director
Location: Ubud, Bali (Full-time, WFO). Candidates should be based in Bali or available for immediate relocation.
