Program Manager DNetwork
Scope of Position
DNetwork is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven Project/Program Manager with a social heart to lead and oversee the organisation’s operations and expansion. The chosen candidate will take ownership and work towards achieving DNetwork’s mission, objectives, and targets, with a particular focus on creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This role involves managing a small team and overseeing small-scale projects, with a focus on driving future growth and scaling impact.
DNetwork is a project under the Annika Linden Centre, a disability- and impact-based centre in Bali, Indonesia.
This is a full-time position – working from our centre in Bali, Indonesia.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Strategy
- Develop, manage, and implement programs that are effective, impactful, and sustainable, with a primary focus on creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
- Develop innovative ways to enhance organisational operations and generate new opportunities.
- Perform monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of programs to verify goal achievement, offering analysis and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Ensure that the mission, vision, and objectives of DNetwork are consistently being met.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and develop a small, efficient team that promotes ownership, creativity, and teamwork.
- Demonstrate high solidarity and support towards the team.
Reporting & Communication
- Develop, write, and produce detailed reports and proposals (including grant applications) promptly, clearly, and thoroughly.
- Ability to write in English and Bahasa Indonesia for public distribution.
Partnership & Funding
- Create pathways and strategies for funding opportunities for the organisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships (networking) with key internal and external stakeholders.
Specifications and Profile (Requirements)
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum university degree in management, business administration, communication, development studies, social studies, disability/inclusion, or a related field.
- Experience: Have experience in a managerial role, preferably with a background in the non-profit (NGO) sector and experience in managing small teams.
- Sector Knowledge: Must have experience and familiarity with social issues, especially disability issues. Experience working in the disability sector is a strong plus.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, as demonstrated by strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in computer use, with strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Must be comfortable with technology, the internet, and social media.

- Knowledge about the Indonesian employment sector.
- Knowledge of BISINDO (Indonesian Sign Language) is a plus.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.
