Opportunity

We are looking for a Program Manager with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights, Public Health, or related areas); a Master’s degree or 3 years of work experience in a similar role preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in non-profit or development sectors
  • Strong knowledge and experience in human and children’s rights advocacy
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in working with stakeholders such as government agencies, local communities, and international organizations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Available to work at our office in South Denpasar

Job Descriptions

  • Managing the foundation’s team in general and specifically for the Human Rights and Children’s Rights Program;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders or other parties related to the programs at the foundation;
  • Organizing the team’s work schedule and coordinating the work team; and
  • Implementing other programs at the foundation.
