Finance Supervisor

Responsibility :

  • Part of the Team to develop proposal.
  • Work closely with program department to maintain grantee.
  • Responsible for financial management including mechanisms for disbursing funds, reporting, documentation and reporting to the Administration and Finance Manager.
  • Supervise fund management at the PR, SR and SSR levels in a transparent and accountable manner.
  • Carry out fund management at the Spiritia in accordance with the PIM.
  • Ensuring the flow of financial reporting according to the rules to ensure transparency.
  • Coordinate the quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial monitoring mechanism for all SRs and SSRs as needed.
  • Assisting the Accounting Supervisor in preparing the making of a variance analysis of financial reports.
  • Helping the Finance Manager to conduct an investigation if there are indications of financial mismanagement or problems with the use of other funds in SR and implementing partners.
  • Ensuring that all financial data, financial regulations and financial reports are available for audit purposes.
  • Monitor the financial management of recipients of funds.
  • Ensuring the availability of funds for program and operational activities.
  • Supervise petty cash management.
  • Maintain relationship with the bank.
  • Perform periodic physical cash cheque.

Requirement:

  • At least 8 years’ experience as Finance Supervisor/ Finance Coordinator at national level.
  • Have strong budgeting skill and understand how to implement Standard Biaya Masukan by Government
  • More preferable have an experience with an international donor.
  • Can work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent integrity
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Know about Tax regulation

Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor

Responsibility:

  • Together with the planning supervisor and M&E staff, develop a supervision schedule to monitor data coverage and quality and other findings,
  • Review draft feedback reports for each implementing partner and discuss them with the planning supervisor and program division,
  • Together with M&E staff and the program division follow up on the findings obtained from the data management activities mentioned above,
  • Manage all monitoring and evaluation activities,
  • Analyze the achievements against the targets set out in the Performance Framework,
  • Monitor the implementation of annual monev activities,
  • Facilitate implementing partners in making implementation plans in accordance with work plans, activity plans and targets that have been set,
  • Together with the Planning and M&E Manager, Planning Supervisor and program division, conduct an analysis of the program that has been running and establish a follow-up plan strategy for the next 6 months,
  • Preferably those who have experience working in the health sector, especially HIV/AIDS.

Requirement:

  • At least 10 years in the field of health M&E especially HIV/AIDS
  • Ability to conduct studies/research; review and analyze reports and data; present information and periodic reports.
  • Coordinate and cooperate, both internally and externally.
  • Have the attitude and behavior: Conscientious, Independent, objective, analytical, communicative and social-minded.
  • More preferable have an experience with an international donor.
  • Excellent integrity
  • Willing to go out of town
