Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Sukadana, Kalimantan Barat

Deadline: 13 September 2024

Main Purpose

To provide high-level managerial support for Human Resources functions and services across all Asri’s project sites, in support of the HR Director.

Main Responsibilities / Duties

Oversee and facilitate the delivery of daily HR operations.
Develop and manage talent acquisition and internal mobility strategies, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness in processes and outcomes, including reviewing TORs, Job Analysis, staffing plans, grading, and compensation-benefit packages.
Coordinate employee relations support, including disciplinary and grievance handling, and consult closely with the HR Director on special or sensitive issues with broad impact.
Supervise and perform payroll process procedures, ensuring accurate entry of all data related to monthly salary calculations and income tax (PPh 21) in HRIS (days off, unpaid leaves, sick leaves, overtime, salary advances, etc.) to guarantee timely and accurate salary payments.
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure regular feedback and performance improvement, collaborating with department heads to address performance issues and implement development plans.
Plan the training and development system for each department and collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs.
Develop and review policies, Organizational Structure HR budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of HR procedures and ensure all staffs are properly briefed and inducted on ASRI policies, regulations, and cultures.
Provide regular HR reports to senior management on HR activities and initiatives.

Selection Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Having Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the NGO or non-profit sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. People Oriented, leader, mentor, coach.
Goal-Oriented, Detail Oriented, Problem-Solving Ability. Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Job Title: General Practitioner

Location: Sukadana, Kalimantan Barat

Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide medical care and services according to professional standards and competencies, both at Sukadana Clinic and the Mobile Clinic operated by ASRI.
Perform recording and documentation of medical services and procedures.
Prepare, maintain, clean, and store medical equipment to ensure it is always ready for use.
Orient patients about the clinic and its environment, rules/regulations, available facilities and their usage, as well as the incentive and non-cash payment systems.
Collaborate with Dentists, Nurses, Pharmacists, Laboratory Analysts, Radiographers, and Administrative staff to support smooth medical services.
Provide emergency care in accordance with professional standards and competencies.
Escort and handle patients who need to be referred to referral hospitals when necessary.
Provide health education to patients and their families when needed, either in routine health education programs or personal health education.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information, even after the patient has passed away.
Implement infection prevention and control programs in providing medical services.
Prioritize quality and patient safety in delivering medical care.
Be prepared to carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor if needed.

Location: Sorong, Papua Barat

Kualifikasi:

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Melaksanakan layanan transportasi mobil sesuai jadwal dan arahan untuk mendukung kegiatan program ASRI;
Memastikan kendaraan selalu dalam kondisi baik dan siap pakai, termasuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin dan perawatan dasar;
Membuat dan mengisi buku kegiatan harian, pengisian BBM, dan perawatan mobil;
Melaporkan setiap masalah teknis atau insiden yang terjadi pada kendaraan kepada manajemen.
Mematuhi semua peraturan lalu lintas dan kebijakan terkait keselamatan berkendara.
Mengelola dokumen terkait kendaraan, seperti surat-surat kendaraan, SIM, dan buku servis.
Melakukan perjalanan luar kota atau ke distrik seperti wilayah Tambrauw, dll.
