Qualifications:

Work Experience:

  • Work experience in administration and financial management at least two years (preferred having experience working in non-profit institutions); Fresh graduates will not be accepted.
  • Understand, comprehend, and be able to do taxation: calculating, depositing, and reporting E-SPT (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, PPh 4 paragraph (2), etc.);
  • Having experience in managing petty cash, procurement of goods and services, and other administrative task;
  • Understand the ISAK 35 financial recording system;
  • Can operate standard software (Microsoft Office, Google Suites)

Education Background

Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in all fields with a GPA above 3.00 on a 4.00 scale without a D. (Preferably bachelor’s degree in office administration, management, accounting)

Competencies

  • High standard of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia (supported by TOEFL documents with a minimum score of Paper Based Test (PBT) 500, Internet Based Test (IBT) 61, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 6.0, Duolingo 95).
  • Have a willingness to learn, be active, be responsive at work, be able to work with a team, and be honest; have robust verbal communication ability with individuals and groups.
  • Must have a robust ability to write popular and formal (proven by writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Have experience in an active University organization at the University Student Organizations, Faculties, and Departments Level;

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of the budget for project activity implementation;
  • Carry out administration and documentation of all CeCUR financial transactions;
  • Ensure that all transactions to be carried out are following and do not conflict with CeCUR SOP;
  • Carry out and ensure that the entire process of procuring goods and services is transparent and accountable, following CeCUR SOP;
  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and quarterly transactions;
  • Conduct and ensure the entire administrative process of CeCUR correspondence is following CeCUR SOP;
  • Prepare, process, and maintain agreements/contracts not expired, invoices, and reports relating to the project;
  • Perform and ensure administrative documentation following CeCUR governance;
  • Carry out and ensure that the management of all information media owned by CeCUR runs well and is updated;
  • Conduct and ensure that the management of all attendance systems and time sheets belonging to CeCUR staff is complete and appropriate;
  • Conduct and ensure cross-checking of all billing, payment, and documentation processes are complete and appropriate;
  • Conduct and ensure the scheduling of regular meetings and all meetings that are held online or offline;
  • Conduct and ensure that all communications with internal and external parties of CeCUR are well established;
  • Administrative functions such as holding and coordinating meetings, preparing documents required by staff (such as passports, visas, and other documents) required for official travel (domestic and overseas);
  • Other tasks the project manager assigns relate to the scope of human resources, admin, and finance.
