Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking an Event Coordinator Consultant to support the Networking Event with Potential Financiers under the CAPACities Project in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate event logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Align with CRS team and Stakeholder Liaison Consultant to ensure smooth participant engagement.
• Oversee venue setup, catering, audio-visual support, and documentation.
• Act as the central command on event day, ensuring smooth operations and contingency handling.
• Manage registration, participant flow, and multi-room sessions.
• Compile post-event documentation and prepare an operational report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ experience in organizing medium to large-scale events, preferably multi-stakeholder or development-related.
• Strong skills in vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Experience with NGOs, government, or development partners is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (English preferred).
