About Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at YCAB Foundation. Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Assist the Project Lead in overall project planning, implementing, and closing.
  • Coordinate with partners, beneficiaries, and project team members to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal departments.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in managing changes in scope, timeline, or deliverables.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Support regular reporting on project status, outcomes, and risks.
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of project performance.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Prepare necessary documents including forms and reports.
  • Maintain organized records of project activities and digital archives.
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, field activities, and events by coordinating with internal and externalstakeholder.

Deliverables/Output:

  • Ensure timely and measurable accomplishment of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain an effective project management framework in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement from project partners and beneficiaries.
  • Achieve expected outcomes and impact across all assigned projects.
  • Compile and document lessons learned from each project into a comprehensive project management review report to support continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields (e.g., Social Sciences, Management, Communication, Development Studies, etc).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social intervention project management or a related role.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good time and resource management skills.
  • Familiarity with technical and industry knowledge related to social development or education programs.

Report to : Project Lead

Location : West Jakarta, Indonesia (Full WFO)
