Community for Family Empowerment Officer

Full Time (Temporary/Based on Project)

Medan/Semarang/Yogyakarta

Mission of the position:

CFE Officer is responsible for leading initiatives that foster the growth, sustainability, and empowerment of communities. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects that address community needs, enhance capacity, and promote social and economic well-being. CFE serves as a liaison between the organization, community stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in community  development, social work, sociology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing community development projects or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of community development principles, participatory approaches, social mapping, and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in program monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies.
  • Budget management and grant writing experience.
  • Commitment to social equity, inclusion, and community empowerment.
  • Have experience in working with young people and children’s.
  • Understand of Child Protection bit.ly/CodeofConduct2023
  • Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).
  • Able to work in groups.
  • Travel on business trips if needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in either Sports Science/Sports Coaching, or any other relevant education.
  • experience working in communities and society as a program officer minimum 2 years
  • Have basic pedagogical skills
  • Have experience in working with young people and children’s
  • Able to read and create training programs, and provide instructions.
  • Able to provide and share knowledge based on valid and accurate scientific evidence.
  • Understand of Child Protection
  • Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).
  • Able to work in groups.
  • Must be confident, responsible and reliable.
  • travel on business trips if needed
