AKAR FAMILY is a one-stop Family Care and Education Service where every important matter starts from its fundamental foundation: connection.

We integrate services under one roof, with daycare, healthy food service, preschool, kindergarten, and a climate education movement in one place.

We also provide childcare management services, including on-site corporate daycare and pop-up daycare, all integrated into the MyRootsy app. To accelerate our three main goals:

  • Optimizing child development
  • Enhancing parents’ caregiving and educational capacity,
  • Creating a more dignified life for caregivers and teachers.

We’re a small team. Most of us are based at our headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia, where the AKAR Family story began.

We care about a diverse and inclusive work environment. We value the uniqueness of all our people while focusing on equal opportunities for all employees.

We love to be physically together, though working remotely some days each week has become part of our ways of working.
