TIFA FOUNDATION JOB VACANCIES 2026

The Executive Director provides overall strategic, organizational, programmatic, financial, and operational leadership to Tifa Foundation. This position is responsible for translating Tifa’s vision, mission, values, and strategic direction into effective organizational strategies, programs, partnerships, resource mobilization, and institutional development. The director will ensure that Tifa remains a credible, independent, accountable, adaptive, and sustainable organization, while strengthening its contribution to democracy, human rights, equality, justice, and civil society development in Indonesia. This requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with effective execution, maintain strong relationships with Tifa’s governing bodies and stakeholders, develop and retain a high-performing team, mobilize resources, and position Tifa as a credible and influential actor within Indonesia’s civil society ecosystem.
