Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal and Governmental Affairs with a strong analytical and communication skill to join our team in Jakarta. The Junior Legal and Governmental Affairs will support the Senior Executive of LIC in the following primary responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Providing legal analystand handling legal matters mandated by clients members, and other department within EKONID including topics related to:
- company establishment & licensing;
- corporate compliance matters;
- business contracts;
- immigration;
- customs, import & export; and
- standardization and certification;
- Supporting in advocacy efforts and in providing legal updates to members.
- As a contact person for communication with government agencies and departments in reference to Governmental Affairs.
- Performing internal legal administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from reputable universities
- Minimum one year working experience (including internship)
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Knowledge about Indonesian corporate and business regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. German speaking is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, manage a variety of tasks
