About Project
Program Anak Muda untuk Dunia Kerja dan Wirausaha Digital Inklusif (ANDAL) is a two-year social initiative (April 2026 to September 2027), supported by Citi Foundation, aimed at empowering 2,500 underprivileged young workforce participants—including vulnerable groups and persons with disabilities—to access formal employment and sustainable digital entrepreneurship opportunities with decent wages in safe working environments. This initiative aligns with efforts to reduce the NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) rate among youth in Indonesia.

In addition to program delivery, you will contribute to building strategic partnerships, supporting job placement pathways, and managing field operations and logistics. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data, overseeing regional administration, and documenting success stories and insights to demonstrate program impact.
