Front Desk and Relationship Associate (Full Time)

The Annika Linden Centre (ALC) is a centre of excellence for nonprofit work and social entrepreneurship and is home to three exceptional disability organisations, based in Bali, Indonesia, acting as a centre for disability and impact. ALC’s mission is to Create and support excellence in social change. ALCs were created out of the vision and investment of Inspirasia Foundation.

About the position:

Front Desk & Relationship Associates play a key role as the face of the Annika Linden Centre, a Disability and Impact Centre in Bali and Indonesia. In this position, he/she will work closely with the partnership and operational departments to enhance our program communication and services at the Annika Linden Centre and its affiliated organisations. The Front Desk and Relationship Associates will report to the Operational Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (telephone), letters/documents and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, inclusive and accessible, addressing any special needs or accommodations.
  • Welcome and assist guests and clients by providing information on ALC programs and services.
  • Carry out various administrative duties
  • Manage inventory of stationery and office supplies
  • Work closely with Senior Staff to manage social media of ALC
  • Assists in organizing events at ALC

Required experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum education D3/D4 or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 year experience in the related field, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian or English
  • Able to work with a team
  • Able to operate a basic computer and use Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Have a friendly, innovative, enthusiastic, agile, thorough, confident and honest personality.
  • Update with the latest trends and information to support work.
  • Skills in managing social media such as creating content such as posts, stories, reels and using various editing programs such as Canva, Capcut etc (are preferred)
  • Have an interest in social and disabilities issues
