Globally, we work with over 100 clients and partners, focusing on implementing responsible sourcing commitments in supply chains and innovating practical solutions to social and environmental challenges across sourcing regions.

Objectives

This consultancy service will support the work of the Business Development and Partnership team at Earthworm Indonesia in achieving its strategic objectives and advancing its key priorities in sustainability, responsible supply chains, and environmental conservation in the Indo-Pacific region.

Scope of Work

The Consultant for BD Assistant is expected to deliver these services:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, business development opportunities (BDOs), industry/market trends, and competitors.
  • Support the preparation of minutes of meetings, proposals, and business presentations.
  • Assist in regularly updating business development trackers, client databases, and project records on Terra, Box, and other shared platforms, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Assist in translating and proofreading relevant documents (proposals, reports, marketing materials) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Track proposal and project reporting timelines and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure the timely completion of supporting documentation and information.
  • Assist in monitoring action items from meetings, external engagements, or networking events with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in internal coordination and communication with other teams regarding ongoing projects and business development opportunities to ensure alignment with relevant team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, business administration, marketing, communications, or any related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, market research, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, including experience in document management, database maintenance, and project tracking.
  • Experience with proposal development, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Proficiency in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work from Jakarta office when needed

Deliverables

The Consultant is expected to provide the following deliverables:

  • Monthly timesheet
  • Meeting documentation and business trackers
  • Updated business presentations, proposals, reports, and other documents as necessary
  • Updated BDO and project records on the online platforms

Timeframe

Estimated duration: 3 months (April-June 2025)

Budget

The total budget for this consultancy service is IDR 18,000,000 (Eighteen million rupiah) inclusive of tax.

Payment Schedule

Payment will be made monthly upon submission of a timesheet and deliverables.

Intellectual Property

Any information, know-how, data, modules, forms, results, and inventions, and any associated intellectual property, that is made, discovered, created, invented or generated by the Service Provider in any activities or work under this proposal and agreement shall be owned by the Service Provider. The results as outlined in the “Deliverables” section shall be owned by Earthworm Foundation.
