YAYASAN NURANI LUHUR MASYARAKAT JOB VACANCIES 2025

Yayasan Nurani Luhur Masyarakat (YNLM), an Indonesian civil society organization based in Medan, has been implementing projects in Lombok and North Sumatra, focusing on mother, Child and Mental Health. The project aims to contribute to enabling people to improve their living conditions and their communities’ living conditions.

Currently, YNLM is accepting applications for the following positions related to its project:

  • Job: Field Officer
  • Reports To: Project Coordinator
  • Base: Deli Serdang (Beringin, Percut Sei Tuan, Labuhan Deli)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, implement, and supervise every health-related program in the assisted community as a process of community empowerment with reference to project planning and responsible to the Project Coordinator.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the evaluation of activities that have been compiled in the Logframe to achieve predetermined results.
  • Manage the health budget efficiently to achieve the set objectives and refer to the principles of community empowerment.
  • build partnerships and networks with stakeholders in the community (both government and non-government)
  • Design and Develop health-related learning modules and materials as needed. Plan, organize, and prepare equipment/materials for health activities including training materials, logistics, licensing and other administrative needs (terms of reference) as part of project implementation.
  • Increase knowledge and strengthen groups/communities.
  • Initiate and facilitate training and conduct technical assistance relevant to the implementation of activities in the assisted communities.
  • Assist and train health facilitators/cadres in capacity/knowledge building to support health programs in the field.
  • Prepare reports on the results of meetings/activities (minutes or activity reports) and follow up on activities that have been agreed upon. 

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A bachelor’s degree preferably from a major in public welfare of public helath

Experience: Prior experience in community development, especially in the field of maternal and child health

Skills:

  • Ability to network with multi level stakeholders, especially in the health sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced encirontment
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial recording
  • Ability work independently and as a part of team
