COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct identification and assessment of community needs, potentials, and social issues in assisted villages.
- Implement community empowerment programs in accordance with the company’s approved annual work plan (RKTPH), particularly in the fields of education, health, social, and cultural development.
- Encourage increased community awareness and participation in environmental conservation efforts, especially related to orangutan conservation and habitat protection.
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with local communities, traditional leaders, local government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out cross-functional coordination to support the effective implementation of community development program.
- Conduct regular monitoring and documentation of activities.
- Prepare reports and evaluations on program implementation.
Job Requirements
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in forestry
- Experience in community development or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and social engagement skills
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to be assigned to East Kalimantan
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is an added value
