Job description
We are searching for a talented and professional Campaign Manager to manage all our campaign projects. You will coordinate and implement campaign initiatives that aim of acquiring and retaining donors to reach our targets.
You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven to take on this exciting role.
This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new fundraising & awareness campaigns, dev. campaign strategies, leveraging media, dev. creative escalations tactics
- Leading high impact online & offline campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, online ads and email campaigns, to fundraising campaigns.
- Identifying & developing fundraising tools to meet campaign targets
- Increasing our exposure on various crowdfunding platforms
- Sourcing and keeping up to date on current trends in fundraising
- Creating and managing annual campaign plans and timetable
- A proactive leader with a knack for creativity and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and design software.
- Outstanding written communication & presentation skills in EN & IN
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms) and CRM software.
- Preferred experience 3-5 yr within non-profit fundraising
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strength in media campaigning/relations, a wide network in the media community is a plus
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis & evaluation of KPIs
