Food for the Hungry Indonesia is an independent non-governmental organization based in Medan, North Sumatra and operates in North Sumatra Province and the Mentawai Islands, West Sumatra Province. Food for the Hungry Indonesia started working in Indonesia after the December 2004 tsunami killed 283,000 people. Food for the Hungry Indonesia worked with devastated communities to help them rebuild their lives and homes. In 2011, Food for the Hungry Indonesia began a long-term development work and currently we are working to address all forms of human poverty, visible and invisible through livelihood, education, health and DRR sectors. Our purpose is graduating communities from extreme poverty.

Yayasan Fondasi Hidup (FH Indonesia) is seeking the following positions:
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Location: Medan, North Sumatera
Purpose of position:
Technical Program Manager leads Technical Specialist and ensures that all support from technical side in the area of Asset Creation, Productive Learning, and Mental and Physical wellbeing is closely aligned with FH’s value proposition, program model, and program outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master Degree from university in agriculture, education, public health, community development, social studies, library, economy, business, marketing, or banking.
- Proven experience in humanitarian or development work for at least 5 years
- Experience in proposal development and reporting
- Experience in program design
- Excellent relationship building skills with the development and emergency response community in the country.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to advance strategic priorities
- Excellent communication skills to institutional and donor audiences.
- Experience in delivering trainings and sharing of knowledge
- Strong understanding of system practice, child sponsorship models, program coordination, and the importance of value exchange in stakeholder relations.
- Computer application skills, mainly MS Office and mobile or web-based database.
