- Job Title: Carbon Project Development Manager

What You’ll Do
- Responsible to lead relationship with project owners/Fairatmos’ partners for co-development
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess the carbon credits potential, economics, and risks of potential carbon projects
- Responsible to design carbon projects’ activities and maintain FS and PDD development delivery schedule for clients
- Own process to submit projects to selected certification bodies, from registration, validation and verification of projects
- Understanding the technical requirements to develop carbon projects across different sectors such as nature-based solutions, renewable energy, and others
What This Role Needs
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the climate and nature-based solutions sector. Very strong preference if candidate has experience in carbon, payments for ecosystem services, project development, remote sensing, and community engagement
- Experience in leading multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking and skills with capability in financial modeling
- Strong conceptual problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing a team
- Fluent in English and some level of previous exposure to the ASEAN sustainability and business landscape is a plus
