Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating meaningful impact for people and nature?
We’re looking for a Regional Director – Indo-Pacific to lead our regional strategy, strengthen partnerships, and inspire diverse teams across the region.
In this role, you will drive Earthworm Foundation‘s mission by shaping and implementing the regional strategy, building strategic partnerships with companies, governments, civil society, donors, and implementing partners, while ensuring operational excellence across the region. You will also foster innovation, strengthen collaboration, and empower teams to deliver lasting environmental and social impact.
We’re looking for an inspiring leader with at least 10 years of professional experience, strong strategic and business development skills, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, values transparency and collaboration, and is passionate about developing practical solutions for people and nature.
