Job Overview:
Yayasan Rumah Ohana Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s headquarters in Jakarta. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, facilitating effective communication within the organization, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Work closely with other team members to provide administrative support across the Foundation
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and trips organized by the headquarters (HQ).
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- A heart for social work and/or helping children in need.
- Minimum High School Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact organization
- Familiarity with document management and reporting processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tool
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required for work-related activities.
