What We Can Achieve Together:
Together with YKAN, The Impact Investment Manager plays a leadership role in overseeing the Koralestari Program, providing strategic direction, managing key stakeholder relationships, and supervising the effective implementation of all program-related activities. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment between investment objectives, program goals, and organizational priorities, while maintaining strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

The Impact Investment Manager provide strategic leadership in advancing conservation aligned impact investment within the Indonesia Oceans Program. This role will define investment priorities and long-term financing strategies, develop innovative conservation finance mechanisms, strengthen enterprise and partner capacity, and build strategic partnerships with government, donors, financial institutions, and the private sector.
This position is based in Jakarta and reports to the Ocean Program Director.

What You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS degree and 5 years’ experience in conservation practice or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing complex or multiple projects, including staffing, workloads and finances under deadlines.
- Supervisory experience, including motivating, leading, setting objectives and managing performance.
- Experience in partnership development with non-profit partners, community groups and/or government agencies
- Experience negotiating
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with proven ability to prepare high-quality reports and deliver professional presentations.
