MANGROVE JAKARTA
RESEARCH PROJECT IMPLEMENTATOR
- Scope: OSPAR waste study, biodiversity & HCV, mangrove health index, GIS & drone, Socio-economy & institution study, eDNA, suitability study, carbon, and oceanography & water quality,
- Site Project: Tangerang, Jakarta, and Bekasi
- Period: 2025 – 2028 (3 or 6-month employment & extendable contract)
- Registration closes on October 4th, 2025.
Job Description:
- Conducting waste accumulation survey using OSPAR protocol
- Stakeholder engagement (local community, government, and other)
- Data acquisition, management, processing, and interpretation (GIS, drone, oceanography, waste accumulation
- Paper study : scientific papers, regulation (national and local), and guidelines
- Reporting : daily, weekly, monthly, and final report.
Position Requirement:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant fields
- Familiar with statistical operations.
- Domiciled in Greater Jakarta.
- Preferably owns a personal vehicles
- Committed to limiting the use of AI.
- Experienced in handling several similar scopes or projects.
- Interested in waste management, mangrove conservation, and environmental issues.
- Able to learning, work in a team, communicate effectively, and physically fit.
Additional Requirements for Project Coordinator:
- Has experience leading several projects.
