Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Little Care at Yogyakarta
Department: Administration
Reports to: Operational Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer with social or educational background in English Language Education to support the day-to-day operations of our kids center in Yogyakarta. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of administrative tasks and will assist in educational program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties including documentation, filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of courses, classes, workshops, and meetings.
- Communicate with students, instructors, and stakeholders in both English and Indonesian.
- Maintain student records and course databases.
- Support the registration and enrollment process.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and teaching materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and education regulations.
- Help manage social media and digital communication for the institution.
- Assist in planning and executing educational events and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and educators.
Qualifications:
- Based in Yogyakarta
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language Education (S.Pd. in English or social degree or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an educational or administrative setting is an advantage.
