Yayasan Nurani Luhur Masyarakat (YNLM), an Indonesian civil society organization based in Medan, has been implementing projects in Lombok and North Sumatra, focusing on mother, Child and Mental Health. The project aims to contribute to enabling people to improve their living conditions and their communities’ living conditions.

Currently, YNLM Medan is recruiting YNLM Medan is presently accepting applications for the following positions related to its project:

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, coordination, and management of CREATION 2 Project within the organization. This role requires the individual to ensure programs meet objectives, stay on schedule, and work efficiently within allocated resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and events.
  • Set project goals and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify potential issues or risks within the project and suggest proactive solutions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the program.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams, partners, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and updates on program progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Logistical Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure they run smoothly.
  • Arrange logistics for events, meetings, or other activities related to the project.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, schedules, and expenditures.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Monitor the performance of project activities and ensure that all objectives are being met.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of the project.
  • Provide recommendations for project improvements or adjustments based on evaluations.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.
  • Ensure that resources are used effectively and that the project adheres to financial constraints.
  • Track project expenses and report any deviations from the budget.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to project staff as required.
  • Organize training or orientation sessions for team members involved in the project.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all activities within the project comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for funders or other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
