Call for Proposal: DFCD Pipeline Management and Landscape Assessment Consultant
The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD)
The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD) provides finance and Technical Assistance to mobilize and scale external private sector funding for climate-smart development. The DFCD’s Origination Facility (OF), managed by SNV and WWF, identifies investment opportunities supporting climate change adaptation, mitigation, and key sustainable development co-benefits such as biodiversity conservation, environmental protection, poverty reduction and gender equality. SNV Indonesia is planning to prepare pipeline of potential private companies at the earliest. Meanwhile, we are also implementing the origination facility of a company in the current DFCD 1.0. The origination facility is expected to be completed in December 2023 as the company gets investment from DFCD investment partners i.e. FMO and CFM or other investors.
Qualification:
- Master-degree from reputable university, preferably in business administration (MBA).
- 3 years of working experience in the finance sector.
- Extensive knowledge on business and economy in at least one of the targeted regions (Northern Sumatra, Southern Sumatra, Western Java, and Western Kalimantan).
- Work experience in the innovative finance sector will be highly valued.
- Good knowledge in innovative finance, natural resource management, oragriculture is considered an advantage.
- Experience in conducting field assessment and reporting.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Indonesian and English.
