Responsibility:

Responsible for the execution of department activities properly and is responsible to the Director for internal and external affairs of the department

Able to create reliable, high-quality Partnership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs

Job Description:

  • Supervise and ensure the status of the department’s activity implementation is running well
  • Coordinating team work and evaluating team performance
  • Check the work of each division daily, weekly, monthly
  • Prepare the department’s work plan and operational budget
  • Check monthly department financial reports and evaluate budget usage
  • Providing reports on department activities weekly, monthly, quarter to the Director
  • Conducting a product presentation to outsiders
  • Establish good communication with all clients, donors, or service users / product departments
  • Responsible for department events
  • Representing the director for internal and external department events if the director is unavailable
  • Prepare the department’s annual report
  • QC for all matters related to marketing activities, departmental events (in the form of designs, materials, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • University degree of social development and Political Sciences/Communication/Public Relations or related field , or other related fields.
  • Preferable have 2 years of development exposure; field program experience will be an added value
  • Minimum one year exposure towards low-income group community works
  • Should have understood community development
  • Basic understanding of operation management and report writing
  • Good written and oral English communication skills
  • Good verbal, written and internet communication
  • Demonstrate sufficient comprehension of given Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to operate computer spreadsheet (windows, excel, power point)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
